Mission

To provide an opportunity for musicians to perform with a concert band and to 
foster the development of musicians who wish to make a cultural contribution 
to their community.

To foster the love of music, improve our musicianship and enlighten,
entertain and inspire our audience.

5. Make EHCB a recognized name in community and build our audience so the band is called on to perform in public and private concerts and participate in community events in Hillsborough County and beyond.
6. Develop ongoing revenue streams to ensure longevity of band.
7. Develop a sense of community service.   
8. Ensure a strong sense of welcoming and belonging for all members and make sure all members feel valued. Increase fellowship.
9. Discover hidden talents of band members and ways they can help EHCB.
